IPDB Error ::(nf_tables): table `filter’ is incompatible, use ‘nft’ tool

You may experience “IPDB Error” with the following message on some servers.

iptables v1.8.5 (nf_tables): table `filter' is incompatible, use 'nft' tool.
iptables v1.8.5 (nf_tables): table `filter' is incompatible, use 'nft' tool

To fix this error, you may

  1. Empty the file /etc/sysconfig/nftables.conf ( take a backup if needed ).
  2. Run following commands
systemctl stop nftables.service
systemctl mask nftables.service
cpgcli ipdb --restart
